Yearbook Update
The 2024-2025 yearbooks are off for printing and will be arriving in early June. Students chose the yearbook theme to be the LBHS Universe and have designed a masterpiece that is out of this world. There are LIMITED COPIES available, so make sure you reserve your book soon! You can order these directly through Jostens.com. Please email tmwatt@cbe.ab.ca if you have any questions. Distribution details will be released in June.

Important Graduation Information for ALL GRADE 12 STUDENTS and GUARDIANS
As we look to prepare for the Graduation Ceremonies, on May 28, 1:00 pm sharp at the Jack Simpson Gymnasium at the University of Calgary, we need to know graduand numbers and plan for those attendees.
Graduating students who have confirmed their attendance, will be assigned a time to obtain their Gown and Stole (to be returned AFTER the Ceremony), and will also receive a Graduation Cap and Keepsake (to be kept by students!)
Many students have confirmed their attendance through Powerschool by payment of their “Graduation - Ceremony” Fee. If you have difficulty locating the Fee, scroll possibly to the second page of Fees – it may hide there!
If you HAVE NOT CONFIRMED your attendance at the Graduation Ceremonies, please Log into Powerschool, navigate to Fees, locate the Payments options and provide payment to complete your Confirmation of Attendance.
Students who are attending will be provided with more information regarding picking up their materials for the Ceremonies!
If you are NOT attending, no further steps are required!

Grade 12 students please visit the Education Matters website to apply for Calgary Board of Education specific scholarships to fund your post-secondary journey. https://www.educationmatters.ca/
The deadline to apply for the scholarships is May 30.

If you still can’t find information about your summer school enrollment, contact CBe- learn or Chinook Learning with the following information:
- Your name
- Your CBE ID Number
- Your current school
- The course you requested
- The location you requested (for in-person classes only)
